Questions

When will my order be sent?

Same day or the next working day, if you order before 14:00. We do not send parcels at weekends.

Can I change my address after ordering?

If it has not left us yet, write to us quickly and we will change it. Once it is with the carrier, we cannot.

Do I have to pay customs?

Only Switzerland and the United Kingdom leave the EU, and we pay those charges before the parcel is sent. There is nothing to pay at the door.
